Birdy doesn't need much of an introduction. The incredibly quick, if not metoeric escalation of this 15 year old starlet happened almost overnight, and is sheer testament to the depth of talent that she has. So Untitled! has launched a brand new record label called Level.01 Recordings (referring to the smaller room at the famous Untitled!-parties). Earth Moon Earth released this Pheonix remix earlier last week. If it wasn't for the ridiculously obnoxious garageband style snare & sweet piano lick happening around the three minute mark - I most likely wouldn't have posted this. However, this is a pretty cool remix of what I have found to be a very tough genre to remix successfully. I say that because I seem to see tons of remixes of Pheonix tunes out almost weekly, and very few seem to have the necessary pop I'm waiting to here out of any of them. Regardless, a very good job [...]
