A musical collective with 35 members churning out an album with 41 tracks? Sounds like a logistical nightmare in anyone's book. But as Quakers show, where there's a will there's a way. Quakers is a 35-member hip-hop collective who's base is made up of three producers 7-Stu-7, Katalyst and Fuzzface, who, to many, is better known as Geoff Barrow of Portishead. Their latest track, "Russia With Love," features Coin Locker Kid and was produced by Katalyst. With the next Portishead LP projected for a late 3019 release date it's no wonder Geoff Barrow gets a bit itchy from time to time; take his Krautrock side-project Beak>, for example.
