I may have a slight bias toward this video since I'm a sucker for simple little camera tricks. It probably stems from my life as a film maker from around age 14 to the ripe old age of 18... Foster The People – Call It What You Want

Caged Animals debut LP for the UK's Lucky Number label, Eat Their Own , was recorded at home in Bushwick, with a generous serving of pitch-correcting vocal software, modern R&B balladic sensibility, and cross-generational lo-fi slack and chirps. There's a palpable, slightly off-kilter sweetness at the core of the Animals' single "Piles Of $$$," and so having its video directed by quirk auteur Ace Norton was a smart play. At 28, Norton has directed videos for such artists as Death Cab for Cutie, Norah Jones, Bloc Party, and The Fray. He has also done commercials for Coca Cola, McDonald’s, and Vans, just to name a few. On the track, Felix Cartel mashes electro, house, dance, and pop to come up with a sound that can only be described as 'bangin.' The video that accompanies the track is no different.
