Making music that makes the listener actually feel good or positive about life ain't easy. Too often, it comes across as contrived or childish, leaving the listener even more jaded than before. But every now and then, a duo like the Uncluded (Aesop Rock and Kimya Dawson) comes along to shatter that stereotype with singles like "Delicate Cycle". Genre-bending duo the Uncluded are back with some more new music from their upcoming full-length debut,  Hokey Fright .  Aesop Rock and Kimya Dawson's "Scissorhands" arrives as more than just your typical stream or music video, though. It features some absolutely killer fingernail art by Robin Moses , who showcases her skills while the undeniably fetching "Scissorhands" plays throughout. You can watch the clip below. Dark Time Sunshine drops a new video for one of my favorite tracks from the hip hop outfit's new album, ANX . Dig it!

In July of last year, Seattle based hip hop duo Dark Time Sunshine (rapper Onry Ozzborn and producer Zavala ) released their sophomore album, ANX via Fake Four Records. After almost a year of acclaim and touring the globe, the duo released the video for their Aesop Rock and Swamburger (Solillaquists of Sound) assisted single, Take My Hand . I mean, this was one of the oddest collaborations that I can think of. Unexpectedly, I'm not particularly surprised by the sound, which is standard Kimya Dawson style anti-folk with the addition of Aesop Rock laying down some bars at opportune moments, but, damn, does it work. An odd couple for sure, but the pairing of Aesop Rock and Kimya Dawson works in its own strange way, like a garden gnome or a bonsai tree. Kimya incorporates the deadpan quirkiness that she brought to The Moldy Peaches, and Aesop tones down his tangled web of flows to meet the acoustic guitar halfway. Watch the video for "Earthquake" above and stay tuned to hear what else this collaboration yields. Well this is a nice surprise. We've got a new track and video from Aesop Rock and Kimya Dawson entitled "Earthquake". The two have released music previously as The Uncluded , but this appears to be credited to solely Aesop. Regardless, Kimya Dawson's unique voice remains a perfect complement to Aesop's signature head-spinning delivery. The track also got a much welcomed light-hearted video which you can check out below. Fingers crossed that more music from these two comes sooner than later.

The good folks over at Pitchfork just premiered the NEW video and song remix of Aesop Rock's track "Cycles To Gehenna". The song was remixed by Zavala of Dark Time Sunshine and the video was remixed by Ben Fee.
