Todo esto viene a colación por una película que hizo HBO, cuya interpretación del músico corre a cargo de Al Pacino, quien magistralmente encarna los momentos más difíciles del compositor. La película se estrenó el pasado 5 de mayo y va en torno a la historia del asesinato que cometió en el año 2003 hacia la actriz de películas de clase B Lana Clarkson, la cual apareció en la casa de Phil Spector muerta por un balazo en la cabeza

Sea Legs are an indie rock quartet that came out of Bateau Bay, Australia which we discovered via our friends over at the A&R Dept, purveyors of all good sounds ringing out from across the Pacific. The band apparently came about from of the ashes of the indie rock band, Modern Joy and are now reportedly based in nearby Sydney. Way back in late 2010, the world collectively made this face when iconic actor Al Pacino was cast to play iconic producer Phil Spector in an HBO biopic about the Lana Clarkson murder trial . Now, the network has released the initial trailer for the minimally-titled Phil Spector , which you can watch below. Visually, Pacino pulls off the look courtesy of a boatload of wigs (perhaps Mr. Spector's real hair pieces ?), but misses the mark by sounding almost nothing like Spector's [...]

A trailer has been posted for the forthcoming film about controversial (and convicted ) producer Phil Spector who was responsible for landmark albums including Ramones ' End of the Century . Until his murder conviction, the producer was most famous for his "wall of sound" production style but that was soon overtaken by his 2003 arrest . During the Ramones' session he also pulled a gun on bassist Dee Dee Ramone. Spector is set to be played by Al Pacino in the film for HBO .
