One of the highlights from the a i r s p o r t s album earlier this year (which was a co-release between Amdiscs and Sewage Tapes ), "don't need u" now has a video thanks to Chris Byler, who was also responsible for the video for Ital's "Culture Clubs" we posted a few months back. About a month ago they released an album from Polish-born, English-residing electronic musician, Wojtek Rusin aka Katapulto. Here's some brilliant slacker-rock for you to wrap your ears around. Fuzzy, lo-fi and buzzing with 21st century angst its the sort of music made by odd suburban kids for even odder suburban kids and will probably never get much in the way of NME loving. Its pretty fantastic though so maybe show them the guys some love and give their Facebook a like and share this around. Its also worth finding their Bandcamp back-catalogue, they've released a huge amount of rad things like this which are all free to download.
This new Image Circle track should definitely last longer than just two minutes, but I guess such a fleeting, hazy, early Nite Jewel-recalling moment works best this short and elusive.
