When we heard that Beyonce and Andre 3000 were going to take on Amy Winehouse's 2006 heartbreak opus "Back to Black" for the Great Gatsby soundtrack, our excitement was tempered with some concern. Not that we doubt the abilities of either Andre or Queen B , but it's not easy to do Winehouse's tracks justice. It's surprises like this that make me love everything about Soundcloud. In the wee hours of the morning, Toronto producer Elaquent hopped on his account to share his stunning remix of Amy Winehouse 's "Stronger Than Me". It arrived with the brief message of " frank is a really good album. enjoy." Agreed, EQ. Also, we do enjoy this, especially considering it's free to download and absolutely hypnotic.

For those unaware, today (July 23) marks the one year anniversary of the tragic passing of Amy Winehouse . The British songbird was taken far, far too young, but, of course, her music still lives on. Now this is more like the type of stuff I was anticipating to leak from the Winehouse vault! With Salaam Remi on the boards, what we have here is a soulful, lush single that exceeds all other posthumous works we have seen thus far. This song will appear on Amy's  Lioness: Hidden Treasures  on Dec. 5.

Late last night , a radio rip of Amy Winehouse's collaboration with Nas , "Like Smoke" , surfaced. (The song was recorded in 2008, at the height of Winehouse's very public struggles.) A second unreleased song has now made its way online; "Our Day Will Come", recorded in 2002, sounds like a better candidate for commercial release. Last night we got to enjoy the Nas featuring track titled " Like Smoke " from the late great Amy Winehouse and today comes yet another track that will feature on her posthumous release, Lioness: Hidden Treasures. This track is titled "Our Day Will Come" and is a chilled out reggae type jam that you can enjoy in full, after the jump. Lioness: Hidden Treasures is set for release on the 5th of December with a portion of the proceeds going towards the Amy Winehouse Foundation.

This is the new single from Amy Winehouse's upcoming album Lioness: Hidden Treasures dropping Dec 6th. "Like Smoke" was recorded in 2008 featuring Nas with production from frequent collaborator Salaam Remi. While I'm not the biggest fan of posthumous album releases its definitely great to hear new music by the late Amy Winehouse along with Mr. Jones . As previously reported , Island Records is releasing the first posthumous Amy Winehouse record, Lioness: Hidden Treasures – on December 5th – just in time for the Holidays. Just a couple days after the album announcement, the Nas -assisted "Like Smoke", one of the few tracks on the album not an "alternate" take on an existing Winehouse recording, has hit the net after being premiered on New York's Hot97. Now, thanks to CoS and NY Hip Hop radio station Hot 97 , we get our first listen with one of the four unreleased tracks off the upcoming album "Like Smoke" featuring Queensbridge emcee Nas.
