Angel Haze follows up her Reservation project that dropped earlier this year with a brand-new mixtape, Classick . She set things off for this project with her "Shit I Don't Like" freestyle and then further built anticipation with " Cleaning Out My Closet ". The latter track found the rising NYC rapper addressing the sexual abuse she suffered as a child and how it shaped the rest of her life. What's there to say about Angel Haze? Well first off, she's a badass bitch with killer style and sick rhymes. At 21, Haze is a relative newcomer to the hip-hop game but her career has been heating up as of late with features on both MuchMusic and Stereogum. Angel Haze goes in over scattered high hats and let's us know that she's about her business. She's got that double time appeal and a freaky 8mm visual to prove it.
Angel Haze is, visually, steppin up her game in her new video for "Werkin' Girl." The video track from her Reservation EP is a different approach from her usual vid style, but I guess a budget increase can show the 20 year-old's peculiar nature (and honestly, the girl werks it).
