I know I know, you are probably saying, MUSIC NINJA stop posting so many of these "ok" remixes of Big Jet Plane. Truth is, Angus and Julia Stone' Big Jet Plane is probably in my top favorite tracks of all time and I just can't help myself. There have been a couple other producers that have taken this classic into the realm of dance, but not many have been able to reproduce the same feel of the original with added baseline. Angus and Juila Stern's track, "Big Jet Plane," always had a shoegazy quality to it - those synths, that guitar line, those "hey-eys" just gave it a "Sweetness and Light" quality to it. Now Stern*'s got his hands on it, and added a disco line to the track. I can't decide whether it puts me to sleep or soothes me. Probably both... in a good and bad way, depending on my mood.
