A couple of weeks ago The Animation , hailing from Göteborg, released their debut album "Dance Into the Unknown". Here it's about arena rock with a massive sound and echoing guitars. The sound could be compared with U2, as in the title track "Dance Into the Unknown" or Coldplay, but the songs themselves give me more vibes from american melodic rock. Madonna injures herself and the NBC suits scramble to find a replacement. Unfortunately, this is not real life, but rather the set-up for a hilarious segment on 30 Rock . Jack Donaghy has to call in some favors and drums up the talent of Michael McDonald, Cee Lo, Ryan Adams and Childish Gambino (aka Donald Glover) to cover "classic" NBC tracks. Incredibly, all three did the actual voice work for the sketch. I don't know much, but I would much rather watch this foursome covering NBC songs at the Super Bowl halftime show rather than whatever [...]

The Mumbai International Film Festival will be held at the NCPA from Feb 3 to Feb 8. The festival will have simultaneous screenings of films at the Godrej Theatre and the Tata Theatre.
