Over the years we've seen and heard Arctic Monkeys perform an array of covers and I have no doubt that this month is going to see a couple more hit the internet given Arctic Monkeys' Schedule. Arctic Monkeys ' next single is the dessert-titled 'Black Treacle', out the 23rd of November on Domino on 73 and digital formats. Arctic Monkeys ' latest video for their single, "Black Treacle," once again features the band's drummer, Matt Helders. This time, Helders shares the spotlight with the rest of the band, who play inmates who just can't be kept behind bars. Included in the visuals are: a jailbreak, a runaway bride, and a woman dressed in latex sensually moving her body on a car. Sound good to you? Check it out below.

No, es el nuevo video de Arctic Monkeys, que además de las aventuras "fuera de la ley" del baterista Matt Helders en alguna parte de California, presenta a Alex Turner con peinado de los 50s, algunas modelos gringas, novias abandonadas, "cholos" y un homenaje a "El Gran Escape". O sea, parece que se esmeraron en que fuera lo menos británico posible. Esto es "Black Treacle" y al menos la canción se salva.

I have no idea why the last few Arctic Monkeys videos have starred drummer Matt Helders playing some sort of mythic American outlaw, especially considering that he's got the most British face ever, but that's still happening. As with previous entries " Suck It And See " and " Evil Twin ," Focus Creeps direct this one, in which Helders breaks out of a California prison, something that must be a whole lot easier than I realized. Este ya vendria siendo el cuarto sencillo de " Suck It And See "?, bueno, lo que si es que no esperaba que "Black Treacle" fuera a ser el siguiente sencillo de este album de Arctic Monkeys ya que, al menos en lo personal, me parece que este no es de esos momentos afortunados de este material pero ya saben, este es uno de esos cortes que para los fans fans faaaans de Arctic Monkeys de inmediato se quedo plasmada en sus mentes.
