Lupe Fiasco 's been a fan of Thom Yorke's for a minute—remember that CRS track over his "The Eraser" cut?—so it's no surprise that the Chicago rapper is digging Yorke's latest project, Atoms for Peace. That fact is apparent on "Animal Pharm", which finds Fiasco getting conceptual over  AMOK standout " Ingenue ". If you haven't read the inspiration for this track, George Orwell's  Animal Farm , you should probably put that on your summer reading list. You can stream the song below.

• Broke For Free - The Gold Lining

This past weekend, Nigel Godrich and Thom Yorke DJed on French radio show Nova Club . During the 50-minute set, the two played a new Atoms For Peace cut titled "Magic Beanz." You can hear the radio rip of the song below.

When they're not hating on the mainstream electronic music scene , Thom Yorke and Nigel Godrich are either performing, remixing tracks , or recording together as Atoms For Peace these days. And on a recent edition of French radio show Nova Club, the duo spun some records and even debuted a new one of their own. It's a skittering number called "Magic Beanz", with the "z" being important to Thom according to this tweet . Hmm, could a new project from these guys be on the way pretty soon? I know I wouldn't mind.  Amok [...]

We all expected some remixes for the Atoms For Peace songs and who better to help out with that project than Four Tet . Here goes the reverse of that idea with Yorke and company remixing one of Tet's tracks "Pyramid". My money is on a split remix release. Still bummed that Liacouras is the best we could get for the Philly show.

This afternoon PIMB favorite Four Tet hopped on his Twitter to reveal that Thom Yorke and Nigel Godrich (aka the main guys behind Atoms For Peace ) had remixed one of his songs, "Pyramid". The thing is, he was pretty cryptic about when we would hear it. He did, however, reveal that "it's so fucking good." Well, now that Four Tet couldn't apparently keep it a secret any longer, we can indeed concur that this remix is "so fucking good." It's got some gnarly vocal samples, crazy looping drums, and, well, I won't spoil it for you. [...]

Thom Yorke and Nigel Godrich hosted a mix on BBC Radio 1 that includes plenty of Yorke material but nothing from the duo's new Atoms For Peace release. Regardless, worth a listen. It starts off with Thom and Johnny Greenwood's track with Doom which I am a big fan of. If you have two hours to kill, check out the full thing. Likely, you'll just skip around like I did.
