Azealia Banks has once again teamed up with director Rankin —the two previously worked together on the video for " Liquorice "—delivering a rousing visualization of the Harlem beauty's track "Van Vogue", which was included on Banks' 1991 EP . The video focuses on Banks herself, quickly cutting between various shots of Young Rapunzel and her various outfits and styles. If anything, the video sure as hell shows off Banks' involvement in the fashion industry. Nicola Formichetti has definitely made a muse out of her. Watch the replay above. In other Azealia [...]

The dexterous Brooklyn rapper Azealia Banks re-upped with director Rankin in the making of the video for "Van Vogue", a cut off Banks' recent 1 991 EP . The two also worked together on her pervious video for "Liquorice" , though they've scaled back the production efforts this time around. Rankin seems to be diggin the vibes of both Aalyiah's "Are You That Somebody" video and Beyonce's "Countdown" video. See for yourself below. Also over the weekend, Banks dropped a new track with AraabMUZIK on production, "Succubi." It's apparently [...]
For such a new rap-scene face, Azealia Banks certainly loves throwing darts at her more-established forbears. She's had a ton of icy words for T.I. already, and on her new song "Succubi," Banks throws snarls at Dipset capo and fellow Harlem native Jim Jones. (They'd already been Twitter-beefing over which of them called him/herself a vampire first. Seriously.) In a move that will probably cause some repercussions, Dipset crew member AraabMuzik produces the eerily discordant beat. Listen below. Read More...

Azealia Banks may have just dropped a collection of nineteen high-octane jams , but she's already back at posting random tracks on SoundCloud. "Succubi," produced by the always-great araabMUZIK , is apparently aimed at Harlem rap vet Jim Jones , whom Azealia hilariously refers to as a "hymen" at one point. You can read all about their ridiculous spat over at MTV , or you can just listen to the song below: Read more [...]
