When we posted our 10 Best Indie Christmas Songs we limited our list to yuletide jamz that actually exist. Animal New York took a different tack, imagining what holiday songs would sound like if they were covered by folks like Bon Iver, the xx, Wavves, Beach House, Das Racist, and others. Wow. The amazing and beautiful duo,  Beach House , have released a powerful video for their song, " Myth " which perfectly visualizes the progression of this impeccable song. If you haven't yet heard their album,  Bloom , from this summer- go listen to it this second. Also, warning: this video will leave you feelin' pretty emotional and soppy inside. Beach House have never been ones to force anything in your face, instead they take the subtle approach, occasionally blowing our minds with something amazing. They did it earlier this year with Bloom , their fourth LP that should not be overlooked, and now they've done it again with the video for "Wild". The visuals take note from the plot of Trainspotting , focusing on a group of vagrants in a dingy New York apartment as they cope with the effects of drug addiction. Watch the clip above. Swedish director Johan Renck , who has done visuals for the music of Fever Ray, Madonna and Robyn (among others) and has helmed episodes of "Breaking Bad" and "The Walking Dead," takes the Beach House song "Wild" to a dark place, where sex and betrayal beget anger and violence. Beautifully done. Not much else to say, it would have been nice if whoever posted it to YouTube would have spelled the director's name right.

Milktooth likes songs like Beach House's "Wild," the xx's "Fiction" and Kavinsky's "Nightcall" and wants you to like them, too.

Beach House latest video Wild is from their fourth studio album, Bloom. This isn't a video that you would normally expect from Beach House, but it fitting for the song subject. As Victoria Legrand sings, "Wild in our ways, What are we making.." you are drawn into the powerful visuals of this short clip. Beach House shared a new video for "Wild" from their excellent Bloom release. The clip shows a series of emotional, abusive moments that that climaxes in a fight between two men in the video. Johan Renck handled directing duties. He has also directed episodes of Walking Dead and Breaking Bad . Watch below.
