After a short trailer was released for the video last night, finally the whole video for "Don't Play No Games That I Can't Win" has been released. The track, of course, was released on the Beastie Boys ' comeback album Hotsauce Committee Part 2 . No matter what the Beasties did, there wasn't much of a chance they were going to top the video " Fight For Your Right (Revisited) ." It's almost like director Spike Jonze came in knowing that, so he purposely created something on a much smaller scale, literally. Still, even though every person in this video is played by an action figure, the tiny explosions, cars, and fights all add up to eleven minutes of hilarity. The Beastie Boys just dropped a completely hilarious, of the top music video full of non-stop action-figure action. Directed by the legendary Spike Jonze (responsible for memorable videos from Daft Punk, Bjork, Kanye West and LCD Soundsytem), the official music video of " Don't Play No Game That I Can't Win " shows the group members, along with featured artist Santi Gold, being persecuted by some unknown assasins through a series of hilariously random violent scenes. It is just AWESOME. A must watch and I already know it will be in our best videos of 2011 list. [...]
