The war isn't just overseas... The Interrupters is a movie that follows the violence of gangs for one year in Chicago and explores the question, how can we co-exist without violence. It's won all sorts of festivals and it doesn't surprise me at all since Shannon and I were both in tears before the end of the trailer. I can't wait to see this movie.

This is a little story about a family in Pasadena who started an urban homestead and grow most of their own food on a 10th of an acre. Winters in Wisconsin are good for one thing - hibernation. Last winter me (VD) and my best friends Kaleb and Shelly huddled up together and made this short film.
