Simply breathtaking the sounds from White Hex, original from Australia and now based in Berlin, the "Tropical Goth" duo Jimi Kritzler and the intoxicating Tara Green make obscure and haunted post-punk with rumbling gorgeous bass and lush distortion lines, sexy beat rhythms reminiscent from Joy Division, Bauhaus and more recently the insane amount of freaking awesome Goth and Dark Synth Waves bands pouring a bit from everywhere, the best way to describe this in a actual context would be certainly joining some bands that passed this blog before like Tropic of Cancer, Pure X, HTRK, Troller and Sleep ∞ Over [...]

Originally hailing from Brisbane, Australia, guitarist Jimi Kritzler made some interweb rounds last year with his outfit Slug Guts after releasing the LP Howlin' Gang via Brooklyn's Sacred Bones . Since then, Jimi has formed the duo White Hex together with Tara Green, before both relocated to Berlin for an indefinite time. It's no secret that we love Morr Music around these parts . So when we hear about a new Morr artist, we're quick to jump on them. Fenster, a New York/Berlin based trio, are set to release their new album, Bones , March 13, just in time for their US live debut and SXSW.
