O Bloc Party liberou mais um clipe de seu último disco, Four . O vídeo de Truth é bem básico: edição que brinca com os movimentos dos integrantes da banda em meio a fumaças coloridas e jogo de luzes. A banda também anunciou o lançamento de um EP especial no dia 25 de fevereiro. Nele a faixa Truth aparece em versões remixadas por nomes como o produtor Jerome LOL .

This was a day I had been anticipating for years, and it finally happened. I finally saw Bloc Party! We headed downtown on Tuesday for their session at Sugar Beach, and I have to admit, the anxiety completely kicked in.
