In Bob Dylan ’s new video for the laid-back “Duquesne Whistle”, we have the legendary folk singer walking around the city with the oddest cast of characters you’re likely to see. In other words, some young hooligans, a Gene Simmons look a like, and a tranny accompany Dylan on his journey. The other half of the video centers around a lost romantic, as he desperately tries to woo a girl, no matter how much bad luck happens to him. His new album Tempest arrives September 25th via Columbia.
