The sound on Bowerbirds ' new album, The Clearing , is bigger than a lot of the trio's previous stuff. Listen to the song Tuck the Darkness In,  for example. The song begins quietly but then builds to a strong finish that ends with electric guitar and drums. That's not to say the songs on  The Clearing are altogether different. I can’t tell everyone how excited I am about purchasing my... I can’t tell everyone how excited I am about purchasing my Bon Iver ticket for the Chicago 12/9 date coming up. This has been a long time coming; I unfortunately missed the New York date this past summer. “Lump Sum” off of For Emma, Forever Ago was the first song I heard by Justin and whatever crew he had assembled at that point. Like most of his tracks did, it broke my heart, but over time has grown to comfort me instead. Happy Throwback Tuesday .
