The downside to having one of the year's best lineups ? There's inevitably going to be quite a few nasty conflicts. Such is the case for Bonnaroo , which today revealed the schedule for this year's festival. Thursday, the festival's first day, is traditionally the least active, primarily serving as a showcase for up and coming acts. Surviving a full day at  Bonnaroo requires copious amounts of suntan lotion, water, and super human endurance, but if you're still alive come sundown, there's some exceptional music around 'til the wee hours of the morning. Bonnaroo has expanded its 2013 lineup with the additions of Empire of the Sun, Solange, The Polyphonic Spree, ALO, Mac DeMarco, William Tyler, White Lung, On an On, James McCartney ( maybe his pops will join him on stage? ), Houndmouth, Kacey Musgraves, Cat Martino, Capital Cities, Maps & Atlases, Wake Owl, Delta Rae, and The Ruebens, among others. Last year's Bonnaroo SuperJam marked D'Angelo' s first U.S. performance in nearly 12 years, and Bonnaroo's YouTube channel has been slowly unveiling a four-part documentary chronicling the historic moment. Today, they've shared the second video in the series, which features behind-the-scenes rehearsal footage, in addition to D'Angeo and Questlove' s performance of "Pride And Vanity", which was written by American funk and R&B band Ohio Players in the 1970s. Bonnaroo has revealed the comedy lineup for this year's festival. Daniel Tosh and Bob Saget lead the way, appearing alongside David Cross, Mike Birbiglia, Comedy Bang!Bang! with Scott Aukerman and Reggie Watts, Chris Gethard, Eric Andre, Maria Bamford, Niki Glaser, and Ed Helms' Whiskey Sour Radio Hour, among others. Bonnaroo really didn't need to add anyone else, but they did anyway. Because when you have the chance to book Bob Saget, you just don't pass up that chance. Yes, Uncle Danny will be heading to The Farm this June as part of the festival's comedy lineup. Yesterday, as my KPM proficiency was put to the test transcribing the Bonnaroo Lineup Announcement Megathon , this dawned on me: booking Bonnaroo must be a lot more difficult than booking Coachella. Just think about it: Coachella takes places over in April, and though its expansion to two weekends has undoubtedly made booking headliners and foreigners more difficult, the festival faces no competition. Jim James was the latest subject to a Reddit inquest, as inquiring minds hurled questions at the singer during a candid Ask Me Anything earlier today.
