Just as I was leaving work tonight, this new single from Lower Dens popped up on my Twitter feed, and I am quite thankful I stuck around to listen to it. "Brains" comes from the Baltimore band's new album Nootropics and builds upon the atmospheric lo-fi style they defined on their first album, which I still listen to regularly.
