Broncho are featured in the latest episode of Fowler VW & TheSpyFM.com 's video series, "VDub Sessions" . The Norman and Tulsa band performs a special version of "Try Me Out Sometime", off their 2011 album Can't Get Past the Lips , in a green 1977 Vanagon as they drive around Oklahoma City. The video was shot by Nathan Poppe and produced by Jonathan Fowler.

The Oklahoma Film & Music Office (OF&MO) has announced its plans for the 2013 South by Southwest Music Conference (SXSW) that will take place in Austin, Texas March 11, 12 & 13. Oklahoma's Buffalo Lounge , located at The 512, 408 E 6th Street (6th & Trinity), provides the state with its own venue, hosting three days of film, interactive, and music events. Tulsa, Oklahoma's Broncho was a surprise fave discovery from last year. Nashville's Denney & The Jets and All Them Witches have been on heavy rotation both on the turntable and in the shows I've seen in 2012. They are all back in town tonight at The High Watt, and they are playing along side Tampa based band FL Kilos. You can snag the $5 tickets here , and things get started at 9pm. If you don't know any of these guys, you have a lot of listening to do, so I'll shut the pie hole.
