What Tyga is best at rarely occurs on Careless World , the "Rack City" rapper too eager to play things safe most of the time. For those whose exposure to Tyga has mostly been limited to his outrageous duo of would-be summer dominating west coast singles, "Rack City" and "Bitches Ain't Shit" (the latter of which is curiously absent here), it's possible to not approach Careless World totally intimidated. Tyga's sophomore album, Careless World: Rise of the Last King has risen to #4 on this weeks charts with a total of 64,742 albums sold, according to HDD. Earlier projections had T-Raw selling around 85,000 in its first week, but the album recalls must've had a bigger impact than expected. Ahead of Tyga, were Adele (of course), Whitney Houston's Greatest Hits , and Fun's Some Nights. According to HDD, Tyga's Careless Word: Rise Of The Last King is expected to sell a solid 70K-80K copies in its first week. Take note that these are all digital sales since the album was pulled from stores just days before its release due to an unauthorized Martin Luther King sample. Either way, these are still solid numbers for Tyga. Chiddy Bang's Breakfast debut is expected to move around 30K-35K in its first week. So Tyga's album got yanked off shelves for not clearing a portion of MLK Jr.'s speech... yea. With that said, don't expect Tyga's album to hit stores on the anticipated release date, instead, enjoy this video until you can grab the album.
