It turns out that Lil Wayne is a man of many trades. The music star who is a part time rapper, clothing line owner , sports corner-er and now even a painter premiered his latest music video for "Mirror" off of Tha Carter IV . Although I'm pretty impressed by the change in depth of his videos lately I'm heartbroken that the Birdman cameos are starting disappear. Carter IV is less than 50K away from going double platinum in the US.

Well Lil Weezy didn't quite hit the magic 1,000,000 units sold, but he definitely destroyed all other records for first week sales this year. The Carter IV sold just over 964,000 copies. Lil Wayne has had one hell of a run with his Young Money Cash Money empire and tha Carter IV's feats are only waiting to be matched by Lil Wayne's protégée Drake and his next album dropping this Fall. Until then I think Lil Wayne will continue his reign.
