Childish Gambino and Beck were a combination that we were never expecting to have happen, but somehow it has. As it turns out, “Silk Pillow” is the best Gambino track, that he’s recently released. Over an ever-changing piano and synth beat, Glover finally calms down a bit and starts making sense. Beck is doing his best rap-sung take, and somehow doesn’t feel out of place on this. This golden dragon that dropped all the new Gambino to Big Ghost definitely delivered some heat. This time the magical playlist leads Ghost to the track Silk Pillow . Even though Community's showrunner Dan Harmon sounds like he's kind of a dick, it's going to be a bummer to see him ousted by Sony from the show he created. The drop came after a long twitter rant from the stare, touching on flak received by blogs and fans, his passion for music and his upbringing. Things were better when his music better matched his day job of stand up comedy. Saying that he shouldn’t pursue his artistic vision makes me feel like a bad person but fuck it. Shortly after dropping a track with Schoolboy Q, Gambino is back with We Ain't Them. Childish had performed this song live not to long ago and now we get the actual recording. The track was dropped by CG via his twitter after he vocalized his thoughts on a few things going on in his life. He touched on the perception people are having of him and how he's trying to cop with the things being said. Check it out below.
