Il tour di Chinese Democracy non conosce soste: dopo il sudest asiatico e il Nord America, nei primi mesi del 2010 i Guns n' Roses approderanno anche in Sud America. Nella fattispecie, i concerti verranno tenuti tra il 10 marzo e il 10 aprile 2010. Il tour toccherà quattro cittadine brasiliane, due volte Buonos Aires, per poi proseguire in Perù, Cile e Venezuela. Non si hanno ancora notizie su ipotetiche date europee, e men che meno italiane. Mentre annunciano una serie di nuovi show del Chinese Democracy World Tour con date previste per gennaio 2010 in Canada, c'è chi si diverte a utilizzare in modo davvero poco ortodosso il repertorio dei Guns n' Roses . Rockabye Baby! è un progetto che ripropone classici del rock in versione ninna-nanna e 'stavolta ha puntato il suo spirito dissacrante proprio sui Guns . Two separate independent record labels are suing Guns N' Roses and Interscope-Geffen A&M for $1 million over a claim that they used two samples of work by German electronic musician Ulrich Schnauss without licensing. The samples were used on Chinese Democracy's "Riad N' the Bedouins " and come from Schnauss' "Wherever You Are" and "A Strangely Isolated Place."After the modest sales of Chinese Democracy, maybe these labels would accept their payment in the form of Dr. Pepper? Guns N' Roses are being sued for $1 million for copying songs which ended up on their last album 'Chinese Democracy'. Filing the lawsuit are British record label Independiente and the U.S. arm of Domino Records, who are seeking damages against the band and the album's producers. The songs in question - 'Wherever You Are' and 'A Strangely Isolated Place' by German electronic musician Ulrich Schnauss, were used on the Guns N' Roses track 'Riad N' the Bedouins', according to the lawsuit.
