About a week ago we posted about a new Philly band, The Cloth . They had released a couple songs digitally, which are awesome; however, we’ve since acquired a physical copy which has three more great tracks on it, and now we want everyone to get to know this band. Word on the street is that they are killer live, and they play extremely loud, making the upstairs at Kung Fu Necktie an ideal stage. They will be playing there tonight, along with APE!, Tile, and Killer of Sheep (PGH). Show starts at 8pm and the cover is $8. [...]
Ok - you are fat. You are ugly. You are not welcome at Abercrombie and Fitch. Well at least according to the following meme - which admittedly kinda twists dude's words... but.. The CEO was recently quoted as saying the following: I think this is downright genius. Let's look at the tactic: Step 1) Call out fat people for being fat and ugly and not worthy of wearing Abercrombie + Fitch clothing. Step 2) Get them to make your quote a viral sensation. [...]

Recently formed Philadelphia noise-punk rockers The Cloth have been playing shows in and around Philadelphia since October, but not until now could you hear their music online. They’ve recorded a handful of songs, two of which they've posted on their bandcamp page . These guys are clearly just getting started, but they’ve definitely got their best foot forward with these recordings. The band seems to traverse several genres with ease, offering a tasteful blend of punk, hardcore, and rock n roll. Both of these songs have a down tempo drone that brings out their juicy riffs in all their stoned glory. Below, download the songs for free. [...]

The most charming of the charm magazines, Jacques, was created by both Jonathan and Danielle Leder, a fashion photographer and an ex-model-meet-stripper. Their peerless concept: "the porn you don't hide from your girlfriend" describes well their anti-taboo, against vulgarity and fairness-aroused philosophy and is making many waves in newspapers stands and today's lovers' intimacy. We had [...]
