Crystal Castles are getting ready to release their third album ( III) November 12th. They top three tracks on their soundcloud below are numbered 3, 2, 1, in leading singles. Today we get "Affection," what prefix calls a more airy track than the previous synthetic-beat bangers. It's probably not sweats material so I'm not go on 'n on about it, but I am excited about this release.

Few concerts transcend the rave threshold. Man Man was close, but far too rock inclined. Santigold too exhibitionist. Hot Chip had the groove, but not the flair. But here is where Alice Glass and gang excel. Crystal Castles kicked off their 2012 US tour last week, not before releasing details of their aptly upcoming album III (to be released on November 5th), the spooky music video for Plague , and another teaser track Wrath of God . Check out my coverage from their set at Lovebox last June in London, where they first premiered Plague .
The new album comes out in November. They will play ACL on Sunday at 7:30pm. Crystal Castles has released this diddy to the internets. It is one of those sweeping gothic things they do with a nice backdrop of danceable electro. Download link in the embed, dig it. Expect then Honda stage to be packed with your friends as I think they are up against Randy Rogers and Childish Gambino.

Os canadenses do Crystal Castles lançaram hoje em sua página no facebook o clipe para a faixa Plague , primeiro single de seu novo álbum. O originalmente criado por uma fã, o vídeo traz imagens perturbadoras filme Possession (1981) de Andrzej Zulawski .
