Dr. Dee is the soundtrack to an opera written by Rufus Norris and Damon Albarn (Blur, Gorillaz). The subject of the opera, John Dee, died in 1609 and was a noted alchemist and advisor to Queen Elizabeth I. The opera was well received when it debuted in 2011; this is the first time the original music has been released. Hace ya un mes que escuchamos algunos adelantos de Dr. Dee , el nuevo proyecto del gran Damon Albarn, esta vez en forma de ópera, y grabado junto a la Orquesta Filarmónica de la BBC, nada más y nada menos.
