London-based duo The Kills performed their upcoming single, 'The Last Goodbye', on Letterman's Late Show last Thursday. Taken from their latest album, Blood Pressures (released April 2011), the beautiful track was injected with life on stage by Alison's impeccably emotion-driven vocals. The Kills made another late night television appearance last night, performing the continually somber "The Last Goodbye" on Letterman . Keeping it short, Jamie and Allison are still both wearing leather jackets, which I imagine they sleep in, and Allison's hair was slightly bananas. Watch below.

Last night at the Ed Sullivan Theater, Alison Mosshart and Jamie Hince rocked up to put in a touching and heart wrenching performance of their track "The Last Goodbye" on the Late Show with David Letterman . Before I went to bed I gave you a gif of the LANA DEL REY rolling into the Letterman HQs, now I give you footage from within the studio of the she-singer performing VIDEO GAMES whilst cancelling out that shiteous SNL number. And if Dave still had his secret sex room he'd have taken the LANA in there.

It's been a compelling week of television on CBS's Late Show . On Tuesday, K-Pop's Girls' Generation made their American TV debut to the delight of all of us, and especially guest Bill Murray. Wednesday marked David Letterman's 30th year in late night, over which Howard Stern got all nostalgic, telling the host, "Back then, the fact that you asked me to be on a national television show was mind-blowing." And Thursday saw Lana Del Rey - perhaps you've heard of her - improve upon her much critiqued SNL bow [...]
