They're not done promoting their recent ambitious nine-EP undertaking The Color Spectrum just yet, however. Formed in 2004, in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia, American indie rock band Manchester Orchestra have released three albums to date. Their most recent release, Simple Math, was recorded at Blackbird Studios in Nashville, TN and released in May of 2011. They have now embarked on a huge headlining tour to support the album before taking a break to work on some side projects once the tour comes to a close. Manchester Orchestra has appeared four times on the Late Show with David Letterman in addition to Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Conan, and Jimmy Kimmel Live!. [...]

Manchester Orchestra are gearing up for their upcoming headlining tour this fall in support of their third album, Simple Math , which was well received over in the SKoA camp.
