Here is some footage of the prophet Jay Electronica performing at the House of Blues in Chicago. I can't tell you how upset I am that I had to miss his show with Mos Def in Minneapolis Saturday night. I can assure you that First Ave. was rockin' like crazy that night. There was a video not to long ago of Jay Electronica and Just Blaze in the studio vibing and working on a track together which is was pretty cool to see. Most rappers like to act like there was no serious creative process involved when they make “Hit” records. Thank Jay-Z and Lil’ Wayne’s boasts of not writing their raps for that.
