Parziale marcia indietro dei Metallica riguardo la notizia che voleva Jason Newsted come unico esecutore/bassista durante il concerto di premiazione della Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame . La Warner Bros Records , casa discografica del gruppo, ha diramato un comunicato ufficiale in cui si legge che sia Newsted che Trujillo (l'attuale bassista della band) suoneranno i brani scelti dai Metallica per la serata.
