Your Demise will be touring Canada in May with support from Expire and Rotting Out , with two shows in the US-in Portland and Seattle-to start. Dates below. The band released The Golden Age last year and made some headlines in November over a controversial "brownface" photo of their Halloween costumes. The band later apologized and announced plans to launch an anti-racism fundraiser.

Nashville psych wunderkinds The Paperhead recorded and released their psychedelic 2011 self-titled debut LP nugget on Trouble In Mind Records before all three 18 year old band members left for college. Your Demise released their fourth studio album last month , and so obviously they're out on the road, playing shows in support of it. That's just what bands do, right? Around the time they released the album in question The Golden Age , a load of kids in New Era caps got butthurt on Tumblr because Your Demise had sold out or something. I guess these fans didn't really number all that many though, as from what we could tell, these shows were selling out too (but in the good way). [...]
