When we put together our Best Songs Of 2012, So Far list, we included both Danny Brown 's "Grown Up" and Dirty Projectors ' "Gun Has No Trigger." We did not anticipate this. For their latest concoction, The Hood Internet has pitted the two songs against each other. The Danny vocals are a little quiet and muffled, but it's still worth giving a listen.

OK, to be fair, that's only one half of the Hood Internet in the above photo, but both ABX and STV SLV are behind this surprisingly great mash-up. Why is it surprising? Because I usually hate stuff like this, but the Hood Internet are proven kings of the mash-up.
