The final day of the second weekend of Coachella 2012 wound up in topsy-turvy fashion, with electrifying sets from At the Drive-In (top photo) and Dr. Dre & Snoop Dogg (and an array of guests). From her sixth day at the festival (plus a stop for Pulp in between), photographer Debi Del Grande sends a sampling of the action.

With their first Coachella 2012 performances a not-quite-distant memory, over the weekend some artists engaged in live collaborations to make for unique experiences in their second fest go-around. John Fogerty joined the Black Keys , Annie Clark of St. Vincent sang with Andrew Bird, and Thom Yorke came out during Modeselektor's set to perform "Shipwreck." The spine tingling magical moment of the weekend was during Radiohead at the end of "Karma Police" when the crowd continued to sing "I Lost Myself" after the band had stopped. A few minutes before his performance last night at Coachella last night, Dr. Dre took the time to record a video discussing the Tupac hologram that's had everyone talking for the past week. He thanks the companies that helped him put the spectacle together before dismissing the rumors that the Tupac hologram is coming with Dre on a full tour. It wasn't the most convincing denial, however, as his reasoning behind Pac not coming to an arena to you was that there is no Dr. Dre tour booked at the moment. Chalk it up as a definite maybe. Weekend two of Coachella came and went, and we have two pieces from the festival to talk about today. Thom Yorke hit the stage with Modeselektor for his contribution to his latest album with the track, "Shipwreck." As expected, awkward dancing ensued via Thom's part of the stage. Coachella 's experiment in cloning itself seems to have worked. As we headed down the home stretch on the third and final day of the California music festival's second consecutive weekend (which featured the same lineup as the weekend prior), it was clear that there were more than enough fans to support multiple installments of the festival. Sunday was the first real day of Coachella-esque weather (Sun!!! Going to Weekend 2 of Coachella ? It figures to be quite a bit different than the first weekend, but only because of the predicted high temperatures. Weekend 1 was a breeze — weather-wise, to be sure, but also because the festival was the smoothest-run of the eight that I have attended.
