John Wean are energetic, driven, and spastic in the best of ways. The Scottish four-piece are known to write about what they enjoy; love, life, and girls. John Wean took the time to speak with AMBY about Facebook stalking, funny gig moments, and stuff that would blow their minds- so have a read! AMBY: How would you describe John Wean's sound to those unfamiliar with your music? John Wean: We're quite indie-pop in the same sort of vein as The Wombats but with a darker Scottish edge. [...]

Si [...]

André Tanneberger, better known as ATB , has been producing dance music for the better part of two decades. One of the German heavyweight's most memorable tracks is without a doubt, 'Ecstasy', off of the album No Silence . Originally released in the summer of 2004, 'Ecstasy' encompasses everything that a classic trance production should. The amazing, uplifting vocals of Tiff Lacey, accompanied by a beautiful piano line and flawless layering of sounds are the signature elements that have made 'Ecstasy' a Trance classic. Here's a new video, Ecstasy , from Copenhagen punks Iceage . The young band is releasing its second album, You're Nothing , on February 19.

Iceage release a new video for their surprisingly more reserved (at least for them) "Ecstasy" . With some awkward editing and fitting lighting, the video is a strange amalgamation of abrasive punk and random film bits interspersing each other. One of (my) the most anticipated releases of early 2013, Iceage's sophomore album You're Nothing drops on February 18th. Connect with Iceage : Facebook | Website
You're Nothing is out February 19 via Matador/Escho.
Iceage 's follow-up record You're Nothing announces itself in deafening steps, out on Matador, February 19th. Watch the new video for " Ecstacy ".

Iceage, straight outta Copenhagen, have a new track and video entitled "Ecstasy". Crunchy rhythms & lots of aggro painted together by a melodic brush (maybe more like industrial strength melodic paint blaster) frame a track that at any one moment could burst from out of your headphones in a kind of fiery conflagration (which sounds painful for your ears) but manages to maintain some sort of forward motion and order by the sheer centripetal force of its great (and dare we compare) Thin Lizzy-esque melody. Apocalypse punks Iceage have a new video and song out titled "Ecstasy." I dunno about you, but it looks like these guys hang out with a pretty well-adjusted group of folks. The band's sophomore LP, You're Nothing , will be out via Matador next month. Hear another track from it here .

London’s Ecstasy ’s new song “Exhale” is an electronic anthem of the highest degree, and one that we will not stop loving any time soon. A poppier version of something you would find on Hurry Up, We’re Dreaming , the dual vocals provide a soaring escape into a world filled with endless possibilities and never-ending hope. Seriously fuck alarm clocks, this should be the song that you wake up to every day. and don’t you dare leave this page without this unreal cover of Band of Horses ’s “Funeral”.

The Electronic band have released another synth heavy electronic anthem upon the world, this time it's got a great party feel to it with hooks reminding us of MGMT. Check out 'Exhale' just below! Follow / [FACEBOOK] / [TWITTER] Free Mp3 / Ecstasy - The Funeral Listen / [SOUNDCLOUD]

This is 'The Funeral' by Band of Horses, however this has been re-worked by new London outfit Ecstasy into a synth lead dreamy pop song. Check it out! Follow / [FACEBOOK] / [TWITTER] Free Mp3 / Ecstasy - The Funeral Listen / [SOUNDCLOUD]

Ecstasy is a new band that has just started to come out of the woodworks in the big city of London. They're an Electronic, Dream-Pop band with elements of Shoegaze noticeable in their three songs. 'Shinjuku Bride' was their debut track and this has set the bar quite high for the rest of their tracks, it's got dreamy and energic electronics that sound so promising. The light and thick synth and bass pluses in it make it a track you have to play on repeat. [...]

I've been pretty bored all day waiting for the New Year's celebration so searching some of my favorite blogs, I came across a song called "White Limos" by a band named Ecstasy . The group is from London and only formed this past September, but already are turning heads with their electronic/indie sound. They are currently unsigned, but with tracks like "White Limos," 2013 is sure to end up very promising. If you like bands like MGMT, M83 , etc. then these guys are perfect for you. Via Indie Shuffle [...]

I'm not saying, I'm just saying, the name of this band may be pretty relevant for a lot of you partiers bringing in the New Year. White Limos , by ECSTASY is a roller coaster ride of ups and downs, that incorporates deep drum beats, airy vocals, and perfectly placed synths. Ecstasy is defined as an emotion or a trance-like state in which a person transcends normal consciousness. White Limos certainly puts me in a trance-like state, and a state that many of you will appreciate. Have fun tonight, be smart, Happy [...]

Now basing his craft from out of Stanford, California, BB3’s tremolo & arpeggio aided approach is clearly evident across his latest fighter jet upshot in ‘Oracle’ and his own dancefloor wonder that is known as ‘Ecstasy.’ More compliant and resourceful than a inept and unqualified recruitment consultant, BB3 finishes up the dexterous party flavours via ‘Hidden Temple,’ ‘Feet Off The Ground’ and his re-working of Outkast’s ‘Ms Jackson.’ BB3 – Oracle (Original Mix) BONUS!
