After Cass McCombs dropped the sullen Wit's End this past April, the singer-songwriter announced plans for a second album in 2011 , the decidedly upbeat Humor Risk . Now, our first taste from the LP comes in a re-imagined rendition of album track "Robin Egg Blue". Featuring additional production from Vampire Weekend's Rostam Batmanglij, the little ditty is decidedly sweet, with the thud of the instruments and the tone of McCombs' vocals actually making this something worth moving to.
