Scotland electronic producer, HaHaHa , of High Sheen recordings, gave up a free dance tune in celebration of the record label's one year. The four minute track, 'Do or Dwell' screams of frantic acid techno that repeatedly flutters in a roller-coaster of electronic sound that is ready to envelope any free-spirited body-shaker. Check out a year's worth of the frontier electronic sound brought by High Sheen's artists on soundcloud . Download the big bad banger from HaHaHa below...

PARKLIFE will not be represented and presented by Fuzzy this year. In fact, there will NOT be a Parklife at all in 2013. Instead, the team over at Fuzzy have been working overtime at a brand new festival, and it's one that they feel is "desperately needed." Announced over on Triple J a very short time ago, Fuzzy have announced the beginning of Listen Out . It's a brand new touring festival, [...]
If you took the storytelling monologue's of M83's music and paired it with a funky disco groove, I'd imagine that it would sound something like the production here. Moustache Machine takes MEO's epic, early '80s sounding synth-noir soundtrack and turns it into a highly infectious, danceable beat. Both versions are equally fantastic, so I'm going to they're both getting featured. Stream the two different versions of "Rescue Me" below, and pick your favorite. Everybody wins, because both tracks are free downloads! - Matt
"Strawberry Bubblegum" was easily one of our favorite tracks off of Justin Timberlake 's eclectic album, The 20/20 Experience . Starting as a soft and seductive bedroom anthem, French producer Allure recently put his spin on it to provide us with a fresh take on the sultry number. Speeding things up with some thumping bass and adding in some synth flair for good measure, Allure is able to elevate the track to a whole new level of smooth. As you listen to the electronic masterpiece, there's no doubt you'll be tempted to instantly jump out of your seat and [...]

Like the repetition in Magic Touch & Sapphire Slows - 'When I See You' , Jook10 puts the transcendental sedation of repetition in motion on this remix. This bass pounding beat takes in the vocals well but could use a little softening on the low end (or at least like to see tried out). Otherwise, a perfect UK garage workout. As always, gotta wonder who these vocals came from. Thanks to StoneyRoads for this one. Jason Burns Styles: Bass music Location: Portland, [...]
![Kromestar – Rhythm On My Mind / X Files [Forthcoming]](http://cdn.elbo.ws/posts/5013102_lg.jpg)
" Cosmic Bridge returns after nearly a year's hiatus with a brand new Kromestar release. Rhythm On My Mind / X files will be a full colour 10” vinyl (featuring hand drawn art by Meloncholy ) and 2-track digital release, taking in the 140 and 87 bpm territories. This release once again shows Kromestar's ability to morph into different worlds outside of his staple Dubstep sound. Continuously one-to-watch, this record once again proves Krome's versatility and ability to inject spirit into conceptual rhythmic structures with ease, creating something that doesn't [...]

A couple of months ago, Carousel played here in my city. This cover of Robyn's "Dancing On My Own" was part of the set list, and I thought they did a fantastic job of putting their own sound on the track. Now we finally have a studio version of the song! "Dancing On My Own's" lyrics fit so well with the rest of Carousel's music, that if I wasn't specifically told that the song was originally Robyn's, I would have never known. Throw in their dreamy style of synth pop, and this song completely become's Carousel's own. Press [...]

Yeah TheFatRat's got something special with this one. One of many highlights off Atlas Genius' debut record When It Was Now is the undeniable "If So." TheFatRat has clearly recognized this, and he's turned it into a late night club barnburner with dynamite chord progression and some heavy-hitting, dance-friendly drums. ... Read More

Lust For Youth: Perfect View - On Lust For Youth 's latest album Perfect View , leader Hannes Norrvide remains within the aesthetic boundaries set on last year's Growing Seeds . He continues to use New Order’s color palate to paint a dismal picture that conveys a feeling of isolation and apprehension. Though the album is still clearly the product of a bedroom recording, the production is crisper and more lush than its predecessor. Norrivide isn't as developed as other artists leading the dark-wave pack. Lust for Youth lacks the intensity of [...]

What is it with those French and their damn sexiness. Pendentif's latest single ' Embrasse Moi ' is an all empowering, ocean of pure arousement. With its emerging, titillating basslines comes a vibrant, danceable energy that's harnessed through Cindy Callede's purifying vocals. Check out the official video above. f: www.facebook.com/pendentif
Belgium's finest, Mumbai Science, are back with another killer 2 track EP. We have selected "19753 as the choicest cut off the release. "19753 is something between Mumbai Science's original sound and something fully 2013. It's reminiscent of the tracks that got them famous like "Hoot" combined with the walking techno sound of Clouds. While their Unified Theory series was amazing, their reliance on arpeggios verged on tiresome. I'm very glad to see that with this new release (Impact too), they are exploring the relationship between electro and techno in a completely new way. The 1975 [...]

John Talabot and Pional – Destiny (Dubtool Version) One of the best songs of last year gets a brilliant edit.

Today might be an undeclared hip-hop holiday with releases from tri-fecta Kanye, J.Cole and Mac Miller releasing their albums today, but it also seems to be an unofficial indie Christmas (aka Chrismukkah) with remixes first from Lovelife , then RAC and now The Chainsmokers . The producing duo has good taste in music, choosing to remix the dark pop GOODNESS that is New York's Astr and their jam "Operate" for their newest remix that is indie meets pop on the [...]
Late Night Tales is a series I've always admired from a distance. Getting people to arrange a compilation of their favourite nighttime tracks is a brlliant idea, and one I'd love to chip in with if it weren't for their tradition of including a cover by the compiler on every release. Anyways, the latest one from or Norwegian pals Röyksopp doesn't disappoint, a fairly eclectic collection no doubt but there's something in there for everyone. Check the minimix and see for yourself. And a shorter video preview, but this [...]
Who here remembers the Crystal Method. They were kinda a big deal back in the days when EDM was called electronica. Does this jog your memory ? What about this one ? I ask this question because Fuck Button's new jam, "The Red Wing," plays out like a big beat slow jam from the days when The Chemical Brothers, Fatboy Slim, and, yes, The Crystal Method were the big boys of Electronica here in the states. "The Red Wing," is a far cry from when this duo of Andrew Hung and Benjamin John Power [...]
It’s been a few years since we last heard from Empire Of The Sun, but this shows that the time away was well spent.

It's been said that Kanye doesn't really make beats anymore . Hip-hop enthusiasts may wag their finger at this, which is a shame. He's on his Quincey Jones at the moment. Kanye West orchestrates a lush sound to command his vision in full. Wether it be the good ole days when Kanye would craft soul beats and save the best ones for himself or these days when he calls the shots acting as a conductor one thing is for certain, he' got an ear for music. And probably an enormous sampling budget at that. Here [...]
The hardest working man in the show-business is back once again! André Allen Anjos of RAC has a brand-new remix for us today, and it's of Joywave's single "Tongues," which features the vocals of Kopps (who resembles the voice of Alexis Taylor from Hot Chip). In his latest remix, Anjos has decided to put together quite the creative vocal arrangement in this one. Sounding like nothing we've heard from the producer before, RAC has managed to keep things fresh in what appears to be his umpteenth remix! I've concluded that there are only three sure things in life it [...]

Got sent this remix by Peter Thomas for The Knocks track "The Feeling" that was too good to pass up, especially since it's being offered as a free download . Great dance jam that I can't wait to incorporate into my DJ sets. Thought I'd share the goods. Check it...
