Elephant and Castle is an engineer/producer from Oakland who sent over Analogue , his debut EP on Third Culture Records . He produces his music in a very Books -esque fashion, by combining live instrumentation with vinyl samples and field recordings. I love how he barely keeps you on the brink of feeling too bombarded by the myriads of soundscapes and samples. I can only imagine the time it took to collect and compose all the songs on the EP.
