There was only one album that could have won the honor of my favorite album of 2012. Bright Light Bright Light's utterly brilliant debut 'Make Me Believe In Hope'. There are so many records I didn't spend enough time with, and even more I never got around to. I'm sure I'm missing some good ones, but so often this year I found myself in a music tunnel vision of sorts where after keeping up with clients' and friends' records, I only wanted to come home and listen to old familiar things on the turntable. We're just over halfway through 2012 and there's been loads of great music released so far. Since I love lists, here are 10 of my favorites from the first half of 2012 (in alphabetical order).
