The Swellers have announced a European tour in May, where they'll be joined by Deaf Havana. The band is supporting their latest full-length, Good for Me which they released last summer.

Two mainstays of alternative rock radio in the 90s, Sublime (with Rome) and Everlast will be hitting the road together in March. Sublime now consists just of one founding member , bassist Eric Wilson with prolific drummer Josh Freese filling in for drummer Bud Gaugh.

Gavin Phillips of This Providence recently sat down with Property of Zack , and confirmed that the band will be hitting the studio in February to record their follow-up to 2009's Who Are You Now? . He says that they have close to 30 songs written at this point, and are aiming for a summer release. PropertyofZach.com has reported that after a three year hiatus, Phantom Planet announced that they are planning to reunite in 2012 for some shows and have also been considering recording a new EP. The band has created a Twitter account, @phantomreunion and have also posted a video teaser playing "Knowitall' from their 2004 release Phantom Planet during their first rehearsal since 2008.

In an interview following their performance at the 22nd Annual KROQ Almost Acoustic Christmas, Sublime With Rome drummer Bud Gaugh announced that he will he parting ways with the band in order to focus on his family. Prolific drummer Josh Freese's will replace Bud for now but no word if this is a permanent or temporary thing. Gym Class Heroes will be dropping off the remainder of their tour with The Dirty Heads due to an illness affecting lead singer, Travis McCoy. The Dirty Heads will continue the rest of the tour except for the November 4th Milwaukee date which has been cancelled entirely. Paramore have announced a new club for fans called the Paramore Singles Club. The club was designed for fans to hear new material from the band. When fans join the club they can choose from different priced packages that include three new songs: "Renegade", "Hello Cold World", and "In The Mourning". One of the packages includes a limited edition 7-inch box set that includes a 7-inch of each song including "Monster" . The box sets are limited to 3500 sets. AltPress has announced that influential pop-rock act The Stereo will be reuniting for Fueled By Ramen Records 's 15th anniversary . The Stereo inspired many of Fueled by Ramen's current roster and will be sharing the stage with acts such as Paramore , The Swellers , Cobra Starship , and many more this September in New York City. The Stereo last released Rewind + Record in 2002.

Fueled By Ramen has confirmed the lineup for two out of their upcoming three night 15th Anniversary celebration .
