Feist, who described winning as "getting the Valentine from the right boy", had previously been nominated for 20072s The Reminder and twice as a member of Broken Social Scene. Beginning at 8:00pm ET tonight, you can webcast the 2012 Polaris Music Prize live from Concert Hall Studios at Bell Media's Masonic Temple in Toronto. Aside from awarding Canada's best album in 2012, the gala will feature performances from nominees Feist, Fucked Up, Grimes, Kathleen Edwards, Cadence Weapon, and Yamantaka//Sonic Titan.
