
With a whole load of expectation and a five year wait piled upon it, it's unlikely that Feist 's "Metals" will underwhelm it's target audiences. Early reviews are already heaping praise upon it yet citing it as a very different record to both "The Reminder" and "Let It Die" - and we'd have to agree. It's definitely a more wistful, 'artisty' collection of tracks than either of it's predecessors and one that is characterised by rich, textured production as oppose to immediate poppy hooks.
