Fling Lotus drops some new visuals for a track off his forthcoming album, Until the Quiet Comes . Grab it via Warp Records on the first of October.

One of the most anticipates albums closing out 2012 is the new Flying Lotus record. Until the Quiet Comes, is out on October 2nd. The video directed by Cyriak takes you through the journey of animated robot in the form of, “Putty Boy Strut.”

Back in July we shared the news about Flying Lotus' new album   Until the Quiet Comes due out in early October on  Warp Records . From the upcoming album of the same name, Flying Lotus has debuted this beautifully shot short-film, featuring all new material from the release. Kahlil Joseph and Flying Lotus, the man behind Brainfeeder , released a short film featuring new music off of FlyLo’s new album. Fly Lo has been growing increasingly popular recently, playing Bonnaroo and Pitchfork Music Festival over the summer brought him to a much wider audience then ever before. Flying Lotus and Erykah Badu on a track together? That'll work. Of course, when you get a couple of creative types like these two into a studio, there's a pretty good chance they're not going to come back with the same old, same old. I can't emphasise strongly enough just how perfect a collaboration between Flying Lotus and Erykah Badu actually is in my world. Dream come true. Until the Quiet Comes is released 02/02 via Warp and will also feature Thom Yorke & Thundercat . I literally can't wait.

A few months back, I shared the trippy video for Flying Lotus' "MmmHmm." Today, I give you the much less trippy video for the hyperactive "Kill Your Co-Workers," a song that comes from Flying Lotus' new EP, Pattern+Grid World . The video features some great animation work by Beeple in which 8-bit cartoons (people, animals, & robots) are celebrating something with a parade.
