Foo Fighters had quite the wild Saturday: They headlined The Bamboozle in Asbury Park, NJ just hours before backing Mick Jagger on Saturday Night Live . SNL had not one, but two huge musical guests last night with Arcade Fire and Foo Fighters . To top it off they brought in an older English man, who I'm assuming is maybe a movie director or old-time novelist, to play rockstar for the night. The season finale of Saturday Night Live was jam packed with the music of the Rolling Stones. Which makes sense considering that Mick Jagger was the host and musical guest. Few would argue that these are the glory days of Saturday Night Live . But if there's one thing the late-night staple has been solid at as of late, it's their musical guest bookings. What are your plans for a week today? Well, ok, I should specify that it's next Saturday evening? Whatever it is cancel it for Mick Jagger is hosting and performing on Saturday Night Live 's season finale, May 19th. Not only that but now reports are coming in along with tweets that his backing band will consist of not one but two Grammy award winning bands: Foo Fighters AND Arcade Fire. So that important meal you had planned with the family, cancel it.

May 19th would be a good night to sit in front of your television set. That Saturday night, the season finalé of Saturday Night Live will feature Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger as the host and musical guest But if that wasn't great enough, it's now been reported by Entertainment Weekly that the Foo Fighters and Arcade Fire will be joining Jagger during the show. Like I said, May 19th would be a good night to sit in front of your television set.

The season finale is set to air May 19 th on NBC.
