This is a dream collaboration of sorts, we just wish Smims&Belle (Mark Foster and Isom Innis of Foster The People )'s inelegant, maximalist electronica would lay off a little. Nevertheless, theirs is a rollicking remix that should be perfectly suited for a debauched weekend. Azealia Bank's appearance is short, sweet and noncommittal, while Lana Del Rey's vocals are fittingly reduced to hook status. Buzz alert! Mark Foster and Isom Innis of Foster the People have started a DJ side project Smims&Belle, and their latest victim is Lana Del Rey 's "Blue Jeans". Cranking up the volume on the subtle piece, the duo have also enlisted Azealia Banks for a brand new verse. The final product is something lush, filled with multiple layers of party and fun.
