As nu-disco continues to pick up speed, artists like Gigamesh aren't slowing in bringing on funky productions dripping with disco-era appeal. Matt Marsuka aka Gigamesh first gained recognition for his poppy remixes, but it was his clear sense of genre fusion that caught our ear. The Minneapolis-based producer is championed for his remixes of Two Door Cinema Club, Foster The People and Katy B to name a few, but his latest output is a mastered version of his 2012 "Don't Stop." The new adaptation, "Don't Stop (Version 2.0)" gives listeners a polished rendition of [...]

Kodaline have decided to hit us in the goolies with their overly gentle and soft cover of LCD Soundsystems’ ‘All My Friends.’ As amazements like this always catch us by surprise, Com Truise joins in the mid-range fun via his mix of Everything Everythings’ ‘Kemosabe’ which beggars belief. More lushness to follow soon. Kodalines’ “The High Hopes EP” is released 11 March 2013. Kodalines’ “In A Perfect World” LP is out on the 18 March 2013. COM TRUISE [...]

Amsterdam's synth act, Kraver, claims on their Facebook profile that even my parents will like their music. I can't really imagine my parents getting into "Jodie's Belief", but I'm loving this track and that's all that really matters around here. Kraver has the synth pop, nudisco sound down to perfection. This energetic track has me completely jamming at the moment, and it's 3:30am as I write this. The production on "Jodie's Belief" shines with it's use of synthesizers and spacey keys, and the vocal sample just puts this song over the top. If you [...]

Really impressive this remix from the German producer Ron Flieger for Foster The People's "Call It What You Want". I mean, I don't understand how did I miss this creative, super happy and energized remix! I don't know how many remixes there are of this track, but for me this one is pure gold. That kick [...]

It is born. It excites. It never fails to go away. Its Foster The Peoples’ ‘Call It What You Want’ - summed up by a Ron Flieger remix that once more reminds us that FTP are one heck of a group globally. For a trio that always manages to embrace any dazzling display of live performance flawlessly - contained by their own patents nuances that always seem to feature the most heavenly arranged pianos and drum based structures; they are an inspiring artists-artists band, pound for pound. We tip our hats to Fiji’s burning new light in [...]

To sum up five heavyweight contenders by Justin & Scott is by no petit minded feat, but in the hands of Aerialnoise you can rest assured that if there is any rabble-rousing or confrontational measures taken, then we’ll be sure to get out the old school rulers out first, bend any bad boys or bad girls over.. and proceed on giving them one firm kick on their big n’ broad backsides (+ pretty bum bums ...) Pleasantries done, The Soundmen extend the butterfly-in-stomach-excitemen t that one more time ... Party all night and party [...]
