It's very easy to get caught up with the theatrics of headliners such as Red Hot Chili Peppers, but there's a whole lineup that will consist of making decisions on head to head lineup conflicts. Lollapalooza 2012 takes places August 3-5th in Chicago's Grant Park. According to Chicago Sun-Times , Black Sabbath will top this year's bill, performing their only North American tour date of 2012.
